"A truly great hotel to stay in Cusco. The staff is so helpful and polite. I was testing the weight of my luggage in the lobby when an employee showed up with a scale for me, unprompted. The breakfast is delightful with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant for dinner is also quite nice, with lots of options for vegetarians. The location is wonderful as it’s a short walk to the main square and closely located to an artisanal market and nice bistros. Will book again!"

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The one morning our excursion left at 4 AM. They made sure we had sandwiches and water to take with us in place of the complementary breakfast. Would stay there again, but would make sure we ended up with a queen size room"

Self Laundry service at the hotel was offered for 45 soles per load which includes detergent and softener. There are several wash and fold services in walking distance of the hotel for reasonable prices and they deliver the clothes to the lobby. Breakfast spread for great with live omelette station and some local dishes to try."
