Overall, not a terrible place to stay. The location is super convenient since it's right beside the Tacoma Dome and the train station. Rooms were clean and the staff is very friendly. Most of the outlets in our room didn't work for some reason. They were very loose so when you put a plug in them it would just fall out and wouldn't be able to charge anything. The included breakfast is just a paper bag with a muffin, juice box, granola bar and an apple. Convenient to take on the go but wished there was an option with more sustenance and not so much sugar. But there are some cafes and places to eat nearby. Can be a bit noisy sometimes with the train station being so close, but otherwise it's pretty quiet.

This property could use some updating. We had a horrible checkin experience! The rooms were dirty. The best thing about this place was the location. It is directly across the street from the tacoma dome.

Rooms were clean but worn. Breakfast was supposed to be included (w/warm food) but instead we were given to go bags with Oreo and chips ahoy muffins(?), hot apple juice and bruised apples and a granola bar. It felt like a bad kids lunch and was all sugar.

Good location, but this hotel definitely needs some tlc. Our room was dirty, our bathroom faucet was broken, are shampoo and conditioner dispenser was busted off the wall, and our fridge didn't work. The toilets are very low to the ground. We have never ever seen a hotel with such short toilets. They were child-sized.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Had a microwave and a nice size fridge.Protected garage so you can get your car without going out into inclimate weather. It was directly behind the Tacoma Dome so it was about a 3 min walk to get to the venue. Unfortunately there was a burn hole in the couch in my room and the view was less then stellar. As far as noise it was pretty quiet except for the train that rode by about every 15 minutes. The way the parking for the Tacoma dome was I'd consider staying there for the convenience.
