"The friendly staff was nice and helpful! We really enjoyed walking around in near the hotel area, for food, shopping, also entertainment! The price forgotten room was reasonable! We had a problem with the tv, and the remote control on several occasions, so we had to get assistance from front desk several times. This was a pain at times Overall Fortaleza Suites are sweet! Thanks"

"Location is great. Everything is within walking distance. Rooftop hot tub is a plus. Room is clean but smells a little musty because there was no windows (the streets in old San Juan have much stronger smell though). Our room in the north tower ran out of power just an hour after checking in, so we were given a different room in the south tower, which is in a much better condition and looks more spacious. We liked it very much."
