I enjoyed my stay. My only complaints are the low-flow toilets and water pressure in the bathroom. The area around the hotel is also not the best but I had no problem.

I didn’t know it’s only valet parking.. I was circling around the property looking for the hotel parking .. The hotel name is too small to see from the street if your driving and not familiar with the area.. Very hard to see hotel name.. The property it’s self was beautiful very nicely renovated.. The designer did an impressive job.. I was very impressed..

Careful- if your flight gets delayed or cancelled there is. I thing you can do about getting the night refunded or even transferred over to another night. The staff was not friendly at all. The staff, was sarcastic and borderline rude at the situation. This hotel does not represent “hospitality”. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Easy check in and great customer service at the front desk. Valet was slow and expensive and not as friendly. Valet and bell man are the first person that greet you and it wasn’t a great experience.

The hotel was a 10/10! Great rooms, rooms get cleaned every morning, amazing food and drinks. Just be aware of the area, probably not the best to be around alone at night, so definitely plan accordingly.
