"Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay here again. We had plumbing issues with both showers that are fixed now but were a hassle until fixed. Management company was responsive and easy to work with. Needs some microwave-safe pieces, especially bowl/cups, a small strainer, wine cork, and a small frying pan. Otherwise, kitchen was well-equipped. Very nice neighbors and friendly community."

The owners were extremely helpful in assisting us with completing the necessary paperwork and checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The property was clean and the location was excellent. The home is centrally located in Naples and part of Pelican Bay which includes private beach access. Had a great time and would stay there again."

"A previous review cited a number of negatives, so we were a little leery about renting here initially. That reviewer was accurate about a small hole in a wall near an outlet and unpainted spots in the bathroom walls, but sheets and towels were fine. The place could use a deep cleaning and new window treatments. None of those issues precluded us from having a wonderful month! And Susan was a fabulous, super-competent, and responsive manager who was delightful to with!! Would have rented again...
