“review of best western naples plaza”
we have stayed at this hotel many times and really like it a lot. only suggestion is to clean the elevator floors a little better! everything else is perfect. thanks for a great stay.

Great place to stay. Hotel service was very good and continental breafast was even better with waffles, sausage and eggs, and the usual doughnuts, toast, fruit, bagels, etc. Nice pool and spa. Close to I-75 but not the noise. Could use another computer for internet service for guests. I highly recommend!
“Great place for the price”
It's not the Ritz, but it's clean, quiet, inexpensive, and right off of 75 (though you cannot hear the highway. Second time in 2 years that I've stayed here, and you just can't beat the price.
“Great value & comfortable.”
On arrival we learned that the 3 P.M. check-in time was set in stone, even though we got there at 9:30 A.M. We were graciously allowed to get a complimentary cup of coffee as breakfast was closing down. Once in the room we were happy at its spaciousness, mini kitchen, and comfortable bed and desk. The ground floor room faced the front parking lot, so curtains were closed at all times and front "porch" was not of much use. An upper floor or back facing room would be a better bet. Free internet was great. The pool was nice but usually crowded. The complimentary breakfast was ok, especially "make-it-yourself" waffles. Real half & half with the good coffee. Quiet and convenient location to expressway and short ride to beaches, shopping and restaurants. All in all a good value compared to more expensive hotels nearby.

Everything was in tip-top shape. The staff was very helpful and altho' we were there for only one night, we really enjoyed ourselves.
