“Best Beach in Naples”
Excellent Hotel & The Beach is wonderful!! My second trip to this Hotel During the Summer
“12th wedding anniversary”
We went to Naples Florida and this resort based on the reviews on Expedia. It was absolutely fantastic! Staff was awesome and quality was first rate. The food was a little bit on the pricey side but it was very good! We definitely plan to go back to this hotel!
“Loved this place, would go back today”
Very clean hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. If you want a place to relax and do nothing this is definately the place. Very pricey environment, take some cash.
“wonderful experience”
Staff was very pleasant, views and beach were incredible. They have a nice chair/towel service at the beach, skip paying for the cabana by the pool. Restaurant is expensive, and food is average. We loved this place and would definitely go back.
“The Best!!!”
We were treated like royalty. Would not hesitate to go back.
“Can't wait to go again”
It was one of the most relaxing trips we have taken. The service in this hotel is one of the best I have ever seen. The rooms are large and comfortable and the resorts pool and beach area are well maintained and staffed. There is someone to help you at every turn - and always with a smile. Remember there is a $20/day fee for parking & a $17 resort fee.
“Loved it!”
You cannot go wrong with this hotel! Beautiful Luxury hotel with beach butler service which was great. Hotel and beach were top notch. Food is pricey, however the service you received made it easier to pay the bill. Not a good hotel for kids. This was a middle age professionals and older crowd. Only seen a couple kids here during the week. Not a good hotel for any type of night life. We usually went to town for any entertainment.
“Perfect antidote to Iowa winter”
We stayed at La Playa for 5 nights at the beginning of February. We hit on a few days of rain but it dampen our enjoyment of this wonderful property. Each and every employee of the hotel was friendly and so eager to ensure we had a great stay. We loved Alys at the tiki bar and pool! She went out of her on a few occasions to take great care of us and she has an infectious smile! The health club facility was great. I took a class with Sergy (sorry if spelled wrong) It was quite challenging and "the regulars" were so friendly and engaging. I took a yoga class that was lovely and adjusted to meet my level perfectly. We had one night of a beautiful sunset, quite a celebration for something that happens every day! What a treat. We stayed in building across the street. Our room was great and we enjoyed being a little away from the action. Our friends stayed in main hotel, their room was quite comparable to ours and their view was amazing. We breakfast daily at Baleen. Expensive, but since we were watching dolphins leap in the waves, quite fine! We loved our stay and hope to return.
“Great place to great away from it all...”
My boyfriend and I have stayed at this resort 3 times this past year. It is a great place to go and relax and be pampered. The rooms with beachfront have amazing sunset views each night. The resort is very clean and the staff is great! I highly recommended staying here...you will be back!
“relaxing and serene environment”
Hotel is charming, comfortable and well managed. Very nice experience. The pool area is lush with plantings and rock waterfalls; makes for serene setting. The beach area is well kept and service while lounging on the chase is constant. The hotel location is ideal and not far from dining and shopping. Although, downtown Naples is a 20 minute drive, so having a car is recommended. I do not often repeat vacation destinations, but I would return to this spot.
