"Very nice and clean hotel"

"I had to twist the shower faucet two or three turns left or right to even begin to believe a source of water was connected to it. Finally, after fearing that it might never shut off again, I climbed in and managed to get through my shower while using a safe crackers technique to dial in a suitable temperature. Other than that my only other complaint was that there were no face cloths. Everything else was top notch. I did let them know about the faucet issue on my way out in the morning."

"The hotel was great but the bed comfort was terrible. My bed felt like it dipped on one end and the pillows were uncomfortable . They need to redo some of the beds. The couch bed size was very deceiving in the add. It said double but was more like a single and the mattress was paper thin and uncomfortable."

"Everything about my room and the property was wonderful. I stayed at Kings Island two nights, three nights apart. The first morning I was disappointed in the breakfast. There were many choices, but the ones I made (Mexican omelet, chicken sausage, mini muffins, oatmeal) were flavorless. I have eaten at Hampton Inns before, with tasty choices. On my second morning I chose basic scrambled eggs, waffle, raisin bran, and (ironically) the taste element was much improved!"

"My family really enjoyed this hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was great. The pool was nice and warm. Plenty of food options nearby and an ice cream shop right beside it you can walk to. Would definitely stay here again. "
