“Pleasantly surprised.”
My daughter and I chose the Westin for our two-night stay in downtown Cincinnati during her All-Star cheer team's trip to Finals Competition. I had read some of the other reviews that mentioned problems with toiletries not being replaced, no flat screen tv, etc. We arrived to an immaculate room, competent staff, and extremely comfortable King size bed. The workout gym, pool, and hot tub were very nice amenities. The location was perfect. The TV was adequate (we didn't go to watch TV). I would definitely stay there again.
“Weekend Getaway”
We live about 25 minutes from the hotel, but my boyfriend and I were wanting to stay downtown so we could partake in the nightlife without the worry of driving back home. SO many bars and restaurants nearby. Visit KnockBack Nats a few blocks over for good drink prices and friendly hole in the wall atmosphere (way better than the meatmarket trendy bars nearby.) We ate at Rock Bottom Brewery across the street from the hotel and it was DELICIOUS! Great beer selection, food to die for.
“Would stay no where else when again in the area.”
Outstnding personnel. Parking valet extremely helpful and enjoyable
“Luxerious and pampered”
I enjoyed having the valet service and my luggage brought to my room. The valet service also was willing to supply directions to whatever location we were traveling to. The beds were really comfortable as well.
“Nice weekend trip”
Hotel was extremely nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would recommend it to future travelers and would definitely stay there again.
“Quiet and clean”
Was in Cinci for a romantic get away. The Westin was sweet! Quiet, clean and great ambiance all around!
“Top Tier Experience”
From a smooth, quick check-in to speedy service anytime I called down for something I loved the experience. They have a separate number just to handle customer questions so your not on hold at the front desk. They are a top-rated establishment but don't come across as snooty. It makes for a very laid back experience. Even to the point we had multiple rooms, and we moved some roll-away beds to a different room and they said nothing. I wouldn't have known if not for me asking. They really strive for a great user experience.
“Best Hotel in Cincinnati”
With perfect location and unbelievable service, the Westin in downtown Cincinnati is the choice of hotel when staying downtown. A bottle of champagne was delivered to my room when I got engaged within minutes. Also, within walking distance to shopping, restaraunts and entertainment downtwon.
“Cincinnati's Best Hotel”
I have stayed at several hotels in Cincinnati, and this was the best one that I have stayed at. I will definately be staying here every time I visit. I was very pleased with the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the location was perfect.
“VERY GOOD HOTEL”
VERY CONVININCE IN DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI. NICE RESTAURANT AROUND THE AREA. VERY NICE HOTEL.
