We got our code in plenty of time. The only thing is I wish we could have got in the room a little earlier as we arrived earlier than expected and had to just drive around to kill time."

"We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up."

"We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and exactly what the two of us needed. As other reviews state the noise on the patio is something to know before going. The pool was perfect and quiet during the week. It was a great location about 30 minutes from anything you'd want to do! Ps: If you plan for a later arrival contact the property team for exacts on how to get to the parking area, we arrived late and could not locate it without calling the after hours number."

"We really enjoyed our stay & the condo. Condo was nicely stocked for our 4 day stay. Communication with property manager was great. Walkable to many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Views are beautiful & steps to the beach. Condo provides chairs & beach wagon or there are chairs & umbrellas to rent for a very reasonable price already set up. We had a great stay & would definitely stay again!"

They advertised 2 pools but when we got there, we were only allowed to use 1. The one that we couldn't use was for another building. The code to get into the gate at the beach did not work. "Excellent value. The location is fantastic, probably the best block of Miramar, with public beach access literally across the street, and very close to Pompano Joe’s, the excellent (huge) beach bar and restaurant we love, just to the east, maybe 3 minutes of walking. We had a great time, using for both a beach base and a travel exploration base, driving east to Grayton, Seaside, and Rosemary. Very comfortable. Pictured view is 100% authentic. Parking was always available, though got very close...

"Location is great for our family on the first floor and easy access to the grills which we used every night. Paul was quick to reach out and easy to work with. We had a closer we couldn’t use do to water issues but no worries we rolled with it. Unfortunately the washer leaked while we were there and my daughter and I tried to fix but it was temporary. Paul was understanding and tried to help. Where I was disappointed was after checkout we were charged 65 for furniture to be moved back....

"Nice condo, many updates. We always try to stay in this area due to its close proximity to Baytowne. One thing I was disappointed in was not having code to get into court to play pickleball. Was not given to us, so unfortunately couldn’t play. Also, not sure when last time floors were cleaned because when I cleaned them, the towel was filthy. That’s probably anywhere you go though. All in all, great place to stay and I would definitely recommend."

"We spent most of our time biking, walking on the beach, or reading at the pool area. The condo was adequate for sleeping and showering, but I am glad that I didn’t plan to do any cooking. There’s very little counter space and no dish towels. The coffee maker was weird, had no instructions and appeared to need a good cleaning- not the kind of appliance suited for rental property. The furniture could be reevaluated for usefulness and space efficiency."

"My recent stay here was fantastic. The ocean views from the balcony were stunning, and the condo was clean and well-decorated with all modern amenities. Being steps away from the beach made for perfect morning strolls and sunset views. The location was ideal, with great nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a luxurious beach getaway!"

"Great location, right on the beach! Property was very clean and well kept. It was especially nice that the owner provides beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so if you are flying in, you do not have to worry about any of those things. Plenty of other extras in this condo made our stay so convenient such as trash bags and detergent, we didn't have to go out and buy all of those things. The basket of goodies on the counter was especially nice!! We would definitely return to this condo!! Excellent...
