Come and enjoy paradise away from home. Contact us with questions. Enjoy the spacious setting, the relaxing atmosphere, all the comforts of home, and the beautiful beaches of Destin. Upgraded condo with 3 bedrooms. King Master with private bath, King Guest with full bath, 3rd bedroom has new custom bunks which include full bed on bottom and twin on top. Flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and Livingroom. Upgraded granite/stainless kitchen and furnishings. Balcony with furnishings including lounges with plush cushions.

COMPLIMENTARY 2 LOUNGES AND BEACH UMBRELLA SERVICE (seasonal) and High Speed Internet.

MARAVILLA:
You will have access to two and one-half acres of deeded beach property, private balconies with a view of the ocean, heated pool, a second pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grills, 2 tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness room, extra parking, elevators, and much, much more.

Property was as listed. Unit clean. Host was easily accessible, quick responses. My only suggestion would be for a rug to be placed under the bed in master bedroom because the entire bed will slide across the floor if you lean against it.

Great place to stay

This unit was beautiful. We stay at maravilla each year and we love it. We have been coming to Destin for many many years and we think this is by far the best city and the best complex to stay at. We love it. This unit was extremely nice and updated with everything you could want and need. This is by far one of the nicest units we have stayed in at this complex. Highly recommend. Will most definitely be back again next year.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was spacious and very comfortable. Used both pools and used the beach every day. Some accesses were not available because of renovation work, but we made the best of it. Would definitely recommend Maravilla!

Great place, convenient location!

Place was clean an equipped, walking distance to the beach, we had access to 2 chairs and umbrella, pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. Easy access to restaurants and grocery store, we will defenetly be back.

My Happy Place

What a perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Miramar has to offer. The condo was clean and well stocked with all kitchen and bath needs. The walk to the beach was nothing, and the private beach was great. Definitely want to go back next year.

It was exactly as advertised- I had a question before I went- the manager got back right away, I just loved the property- as far as I can see, I’ll never wanna stay any other place! We travel with my 5lb Maltese and this was perfect. Clean, nice condo. Had all we needed and more. Location superb, condo is a very short walk to the beach. Gated access to private beach with chair service! Magnificent! Couldn’t have been happier! Will stay again for sure!

Clean and Comfy

The condo was exactly what we were expecting. I am a clean freak and was pleasantly surprised that the bedding was in excellebt shape and that the unit had no funky odors. The only complaint I have is that the washing machine smelled bad but that is to be expected with a front loader in a rental. All of the beds were very comfortable but I would not count on using the fold out for sleeping as it was very thin. My daughter just ended up sleeping on the couch, which was way more comfortable. The location waa perfect and the grounds were well maintained. The pool by the beach was not heated and it was also closed on one if the days we had good weather for maintainence. Something to keep in mind if you are visiting in the cooler months. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay here again.

Great Condo w/ Great Host!!

Great condo with an even better owner/host! Been going to various places on the Gulf for almost 40 years now and this was BY FAR the cleanest one We've even been in. Everything was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, no issues with needing a special pan or dish to cook with, many of the appliances are even ones I have to home, so it was even easier to feel right at home. Complex was quiet as usual ( have stayed in this complex previously ), access is a easy walk and right to surf. Great walking distance to my kids favorite place, Pompano Joe's, and plenty of easy access to everything else the Miramar/Destin have to offer. Victor was also exceptional with dealing with due to come family issues that arose during the booking and we couldnt have asked for a better person for understanding. Would 10/10 rebook with him again!

Girls Getaway

Victor was the most efficient VRBO owner I have ever dealt with. His communication was top notch and very quick. Our only disappointment was they had torn up the pickleball courts and were finishing them the day we left. Otherwise, great location and comfortable condo. Thanks Victor for a great week!

The perfect vacay!

Nothing could be improved upon! The condo is just wonderful, the location is perfect, and working with Victor makes it all a breeze! He is quick to address any questions and makes this feel more of a visit to his home than a vacation rental. The condo is even better than the pictures can show.
