"The house was amazing! Plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay. We also loved that it came with beach towels and beach equipment like chairs and an umbrella. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was even some extra sunscreen and aloe! The pool area was the best part! Great space to spend time outside and cook out and play games. About 15 minutes from beaches and in a nice location just have to drive to get to most places. We LOVED our stay!"

"I stayed there with a small group of friends after having a long day at the beach to really chill and sleep before driving back home. It was a nice 15ish minute drive from the beach. This was through another company ( not just someone’s rental house ) so they had an $800 deposit, which was unexpected but it does come back. Now, getting into the neighborhood while it was dark seemed slightly sketch as the car next door had holes in its car and overall wasn’t the nicest neighborhood. The neighbors...

"I stayed here with my family including a 9 year old for 9 days. The house had everything we needed. Everything was within a short drive of the house which is in a quiet neighborhood. Clearwater beach was only a 15-20 min drive pending traffic. There was an issue with the pool but the host was quick to respond and resolved the issue without hesitation. The hot tub was great as well. My son got a lot of use out of the basketball net on the side of the house. The outside grill worked without a...

The property is located in a neighborhood away from the crazy beach life but it is close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops and an easy drive! The pool was nicely heated-only thing would be to update the pool toys-a lot were broken or had holes in them. It was not a big deal to us though. Cory was a wonderful host!
