-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.

-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee for one dog or $100 per dog if more than one.

Spring Break Oasis
The house was great. Plenty of room, great kitchen, great backyard, great pool. So nice to have our own space and be able to do what we wanted. Four nice size bedrooms. My nephew was with it and just like the commercial we didn't have to make his bed time our bed time. The location was perfect too. Near everything you need and still close to beaches. Favorite things, big fridge with icemaker, private pool, grill, and two full bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place to Gather
We had fun at this house for 3 weeks. We had our kids and grandkids for a week, then 2 more couples came down and hang out for a week, and a week to ourselves. We also had our dogs with us and having the fenced backyard was great. The pool was used everyday and the location of this house is in the middle of all the places we liked to visit. 10 minutes to Indian rocks beach, 25 minutes to Clearwater and 25 minutes to Johns Pass, 25 minutes to St. Pete airport and 35 minutes to Tampa. The Publix is close by, along with many restaurants and shopping. We had a great visit and would come back to this location again.

Largo getaway
My husband and I recently stayed at this lovely home. It was such a wonderful stay. The house was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities listed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The pool and backyard were the cherry on the sundae for me! So relaxing and nice sun all day. I requested an umbrella for the table outside and Alan the manager supplied one. Nothing was far at all. Supermarkets, restaurants, etc. the beach was only a 20 minute ride, if that We would definitely stay again.
