“A beautiful stay in Clearwater Beach”
This was a super clean, very nice resort to stay at. Conveniently located right across the street from the beach with a boardwalk to access restaurants, etc. Very close to Pier 60. The concierge was very helpful. The rooms were very nice & included kitchen amenities. Everything was great about our hotel stay , and after looking around at the surrounding properties, I think we made a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

The comforts of our room was awesome. 2 bathrooms and 2 closets. Everything was very clean and appeared new. Staff very friendly and helpful. The valet boys were so nice and helpful.

Everything about this hotel and our stay was perfect! I usually hate staying at hotels-hate it! I never allow my family to walk around hotels without shoes or socks on and I always make sure to spray a disinfecting spray around ...I just think most hotels out there are gross. This hotel went above and beyond anything I ever expected! I did not spray or clean a thing. The room was immaculate! Wow..and the views were fabulous! The location of the hotel was perfect! Walking distance to everything! We loved the pool and pretty much spent everyday there! The staff was so helpful. I will never go anywhere else! I can't wait to go back!!! *The kitchen in the room is one of my favorite features! We walked to the local store and were able to enjoy breakfast and lunch in our room. What a great way to save money! The microwave was a big help at night when the kids wanted a popcorn snack! Do not go anywhere else..this hotel is a 5 star in my eyes!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days on a business trip. It was wonderful. When I arrived, I received an upgrade to the Deluxe King suite, which featured two bathrooms and a considerable increase in square footage. I was on the 16th floor and the view of The Gulf of Mexico was breathtaking. I didn't make full use of the kitchen, but it had everything you need for traveling -- microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. The suite was also very clean. The staff at this hotel is extremely professional. The valet experience is excellent, check-in was efficient, and the guest service staff is very responsive and considerate. Make sure you understand the hotel fees. This IS a resort and they charge a $20 daily fee. Also, use the valet. It's only $4 more and they will have your car ready when you need it. I only have two complaints. One is that the bed was way too hard for me and resulted in me losing sleep; however, I am used to a pillowtop and this won't affect everyone. Two, the weatherstripping around the entry door was partially missing and there was light shining in. Not a big deal! Actually, I have one other complaint. I wish I had stayed longer to experience the restaurants, bars, and surrounding area. I only was able to visit the beach once at night and the warm water left me wanting more.

First class all the way. Excellent hotel in great location. The suites were very well appointed with lots of room and great views over the pool and gulf. Restaurant food fresh and of good quality. Everything very clean and modern. Will definitely go back.

An excellent hotel. We looked at booking either the Hilton or Hyatt at Clearwater beach and were very pleased we chose the Hyatt (the locals all agreed it was a great hotel). Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The room and the facilities in the hotel were of a very high standard and we would definitely go back to this hotel if we decided to return to Clearwater (which we may do as the beach was amazing).
“I felt like a billionaire incognito!”
Absolutely fabulous! I had a great casual, relaxing vacation on the beach, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. The only time we took the "Jolly Trolley" was to the super-market (local markets are just across and down the street), since we had a 2 bedroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen. The pictures of this suite from the hotel do not do this suite justice. Large bedrooms, each with own balcony with a view of the coast and overlooking the pool, and large bathrooms. Living room also has own large full bathroom with alternate entrances to each balcony. Hotel staff treats you like a billionaire, the service was great. Extremely clean, white glove service. Pool-side wait staff was also wonderful. All the local employees, trolley driver, wait staff, store clerks, you name it were all very helpful and friendly as could be. Doormen, wait staff, bartenders, concierge, front-desk, cleaning staff where all helpful and always positive. I travel at least 2-3 times a year and have been traveling for over 20 years now. This was by far one of the best choices I have ever made. I will DEFINITELY be visiting this hotel on one of America's rated best beaches again!

Terrific hotel for my family vacation. The eighth floor pool was fantastic. The workout facility is first rate. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definately choose this hotel again.
