"What I like about this hotel was that it was very clean, great location and covered parking without having to valet. Check in and out was eazy and fast. Located next to River st. Walking distant to many great restaurants around there. The only thing that i did not like was the $40/day parking fee which was a little steep. "

"Great stay! This was a last minute one night trip. We arrived very early, 10am and check in was at 4. We were able to valet our car, and we checked in at 1! They called when our room was ready. We upgraded to a balcony room, which wasn't really worth it cause there were no chairs or anything on the balcony. The room was spacious, very comfortable beds. The bathroom could use some tlc. TV and ac worked perfectly. The hotel is also very central to all the great things to do. Lots of dining...

"Absolutely perfect! We were astounded at the wonderful staff at this hotel. So nice. So helpful. Every employee encountered spoke and greeted customers so nicely. So nice to be treated so well. The room was wonderful and cleanliness was extraordinary. Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. The management of this hotel is no doubt doing a wonderful job and when you have employees treating customers so nicely and welcoming it proves they are happy employees who no doubt are being treated...

"The stay was awesome and the views of the Savannah River along with the city were breathtaking. The staff was so helpful from valet to room service. The resort fee was well worth it. They provided a ferry ride across to River Street, bike cycles to ride, and poolside activities (the jumbo popsicles, and character balloons were a nice touch). Everyday when we arrived back to the resort my daughter loved that her bed was made up magically and all her stuffed animals were stage properly and ready...

"We stayed for a long weekend. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the ac was nice and cold. They provided beach chairs, towels and bicycles. The only concern I have is that the entry doors which are supposed to be carded entry were propped open as was the non entry door. Would stay here again "

"Being an older building in historic area it is smaller, not as quiet, and doesn’t have a pool. But good breakfast, clean, friendly staff. Understaffed though. Better off paying for parking upfront through whoever you book room through for a better rate. The area is great with so much to see."
