"This was a very unique experience and one well worth doing! The host, Mark, was great at communication and setting expectations. I think he said it best when he mentioned that it was basically camping on a boat. I would highly recommend taking the option to rent the dinghy for transportation to and from the boat. "The tiny home was an absolutely perfect homebase for our vacation in the keys and also touring the National Parks. We had no desire to go into Miami and Key Largo served as a great dinner locale. "Our family stayed here July 4th week for a fishing/beach trip. Location was great, and we rented the 21 foot boat as well for a few days. Condo was clean and just the right size for our family. Blackout shades were nice, and helped keep the temperature inside down. Used the kayaks one day, saw a manatee near the dock and a young alligator (crocodile?) in the mangroves."

25th Anniversary Getaway
"My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night stay on the Bonne Vie (which means "Good Life" in French). It was the good life for us - he was able to fish off the back and I read books on the front of the boat. When it got too hot we could jump in the water to cool off! There are lots of great restaurants to try in Key Largo and we took a cooler of snacks for the boat. There are mosquitos in the evening - but we enjoy camping (and there are always mosquitos when camping) so a little bug spray did the trick! Mark was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed - including a sweet anniversary gift! If you enjoy the outdoors and adventures then you will enjoy the Bonne Vie!"
