There are three air conditioners which was perfect. Our 13-year-old caught so many fish off the little dock. It was a nice base area to check out the Keys. This was a perfect home base for our family to be able to finish our Key's vacation and explore the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks! The waterfront location was wonderful - our boys loved fishing and being able to go kayaking and paddleboarding. Have a 2 person kayak and 2 single person was wonderful for our family of 4 to be able to get out on the water!There was a K-cup machine and also a pour over coffee option and the kettle so it had everything we needed to start the day and head out.
