"Wonderful experience "

"My husband and I loved this hotel!! It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay! It was super clean, smelled great and staff were super friendly. It was an overall great stay! I think the only 2 complaints I have is that there was no iron and no dryer that we could use. We planned to go to The rooftop lounge one night and after my husband's shirt being packed up in the bag after our flight, it was wrinkled and we could hardly get the wrinkles out with the little...

"I read about the hotel history before staying. When I checked in I noticed that the clerk was going to put us in room 1015. If you know about the hotel, that room is rumored to haunted. I asked if I could have a different room, that I read about the hotel and would rather not have that room. The lady that was checking us in said really sarcastically "ummm, okayyy" and rolled her eyes at me. We did get a different room. Other than her attitude it was a lovely stay. Gorgeous architecture!!"

"Not a fan of paying for parking when your a guest already paying for your stay, parking should be FREE "

"Room was nice, staff was friendly, location to everything was great. I didn't exactly understand the $25 destination charge but it just turns into a food credit for one of the restaurants or the cafe."

"This is a beautiful property. It is located on the sovereign Native American land, Pueblo of Pojoaque. The interior decor is stunning. There is a Starbucks, restaurants, indoor pool, spa and casino. The hotel rates were a very good value (compared to hotels near the SF plaza) but the hotel location is a 20 minute drive from the center of Santa Fe. This was not a problem for us because we had a car."
