"We had an amazing stay. The hotel is perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff (especially when we did not understand all the German instructions!). The choice at breakfast was vast! However, my experience wasn't great when I went back to find the power adaptor I had forgotten in the room. I waited for 1 hour and only got to know that they could not find it. I had much better experience with other hotels handling lost items. "
