"4th time I’ve been there and generally would highly recommend. Although worth noting, buying through a third party, the Spa isn’t included. Unfortunate the air con wasn’t working very well and they had to break into my room due to the electronic lock system not working. Spa is excellent. 👍"

"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"Its a lovely hotel with lots of activities. Rooms are light, airy, love the balcony with sun loungers. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful and there are plenty of activities for young and old."

"Stayed a couple times now. Always an unbelievable stay. The people are absolutely wonderful, so warm and friendly and helpful. Sporting/activity holidays can be very stressful with the costs, equipment and training that goes into them. Villaconcha takes away any of the stress relating to an actual stay. The whole place is so clean, easy to navigate, incredible facilities to store bikes and cases and wash kit. The breakfast is again fantastic, particularly given the calories you’re needing to...

"It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."
