"The location is good because it is only one short block to Ocean Drive, but far enough away to be quiet at night. There are several small markets nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, microwave, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. The thermostat worked fine. Entry with keypad lock worked fine. Plenty of hot water for the shower."

"I love the Italian owner. He has a strong accent, but friendly and inviting. It was my first time in Miami, so I didn’t know about pay parkings. The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. One thing I dislike was the house lizards in the backyard which is common...

"Very nice and clean including the pool. There were a few things we needed that were not in the condo. There were no kitchen towels or dish cloths. They provided the kitchen towels, but never did get the dishcloths. We requested an extra beach chair because there were six of us, and there were only five beach chairs, but they said they were not able to help us with that. Other than that everything was great. Just a few little details would’ve made it a little nicer. We would certainly stay there...

Totally walkable to the beach and restaurants. After hours check in was easy to follow with detailed instructions. Would stay here again."
