"The property was landscaped and well cared for. Our 2 bdrm / 2 bath unit was immaculate. The unit was spacious and decorated nicely. This trip did not allow us time to enjoy the beautiful pool. The location was ideal for our trip to the graduation at William & Mary. I highly recommend the Colonies at Williamsburg. "

"Tv only had one channel and floors were very dirty but I bought mop and cleaned them up not a problem everyone there I spoke to was very nice"

"This hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and were a huge help when I asked them for assistance. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff came by to do a refresh everyday to keep things looking tidy. The included breakfast was a little sparce, but it was still filling nonetheless. I didn't get to use the pool or the gym, but I saw other residents enjoying themselves, and the areas looked clean and in working order when I passed them by. "

"The rooms are comfortable and spacious, I’ve stayed here before thats why I decided to stay here again. The only issue was that our kitchen didn’t have any pots or pans, it had utensils, plates and cups but I wasn’t able to cook. Good thing he had booked two rooms and that way we were able to use the pots from the other room. There was no laundry room on any kind of the two rooms. Everything else was great. The people at the front office were very helpful"

"This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

"Stayed in the Deluxe Cabin with my significant other, in-laws, and two dogs. The porch was equipped with a large picnic table and two chairs with an umbrella. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom, and small living area with fridge and microwave. Everything was clean and neat. Peter was a great at answering my questions and very friendly. It was a very well maintained campground. Will stay there again when in the Williamsburg area! "
