"Solid, no frills experience. We had a one night stay and the only issue we had was when our card key stopped working. The front desk clerk fixed it immediately. Easy parking was greatly appreciated."

"the hotel itself is really nice, though it needs some updating regarding minor details (carpet and furniture were a little worn down). Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. "

"VERY professional staff!! Received a surprise with courtesy perks that were provided (i.e. food per diem and liberty boat cruise)! My guest and I felt like we were at home everyday we came in for the evening while staying in Times Square = the Mecca of New York!! Highly recommended and hope to stay there again !! (One minor gripe = would have been nice to have a mini-fridge available in our room). Thank you !! Damon."
