“Warm welcome, cold room.”

The place is pretty run down, and is in need of renovations, but adequate for one night's stay, for the budget oriented. I was a bit disappointed that despite having booked the room in advance and it being mid winter, the not so effective heater had not been switched on in the room. It took several hours before it was warm.
