“Nice”
Clean, nice pool, free breakfast and happy hour.
“Wonderful hotel”
Will stay again! Front desk staff friendly. Room clean, bed comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast each morning. Pool and 3 spas very clean. Workout room could be upgraded with some new machines. Golf course view room was incredible! Loved eating out on balcony each night since room had kitchenette. Walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Enjoyed the tennis courts.
“Everything I expected”
This hotel is everything it advertised. Very clean, quiet, spacious rooms. The only small drawback, is that maybe they could update their TV's.
“Our Hot Start Ended Up Being Pretty Cool”
The Residence Inn by Marriott Palm Desert was a very nice hotel. We had an unfortunate start by being given a room in which the air conditioning was broken. However, immediately after a call to the front desk, a repair man came out. He decided it would take long enough to fix that we should move to a new room. They brought out a new key and we moved quickly. Other than that, which could happen anywhere, we had a very nice stay. The staff was very helpful and the grounds and pool were beautiful. The breakfast was great and they actually took extra time in the morning to mapquest directions for us. I would happily stay there again.
“Would definitely stay there again”
My suite was large with a good sized kitchenette and big bathroom area. I didn't cook any meals but it would have been easy to do so since plenty of plates, silver, and pots are provided. The bed was comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Even the sofa was comfortable. The hotel is well located and it's easy to get anywhere from it. There are 4 or 5 good to decent restaurants (try the Cork Tree) and a drugstore and grocer within a short drive or long walk. Breakfast was very good with lots of options - not just bagels and coffee!
“Fantastic!!”
Everything was great! The rooms were good size. TV's in each room. We needed extra towels and pillows and they were delivered within 20 minutes of our request. The breakfast was the best. We look forward to staying here again next year!

I would definitely go back and stay here again if I am ever in Palm Desert and would recommend it as well. Close to the freeway, nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good.
