"Took my wife for a weekend away for her birthday and stayed in one of the spa rooms. It was amazing. The spa bat has huge and having a personal sauna in the room was great. We took advantage of spa treatments which were so relaxing. Food and dining where great and staff were exceptionally nice and professional. Probably the best stay at a hotel I personally have ever had. We are already planning our return"

"The bar area was lovely and it was a very nice breakfast. The corridors to the room we were in seemed a bit tired and the sensored lights didn't work when we were going back to our room. The room was fine, just very warm. Staff were a bit slow to clear the outside patio and breakfast area. Is in a great area."

"Location of hotel is ideal as it's in the town centre. Reception is nice and welcoming. Check in was simple. Our room was great with a lot of space. Bed was comfy and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection of hot and cold food. I booked this hotel on the basis it had a swimming pool and spa and the photo of the hotel is a photo of the pool, so I assumed as a customer I would have use of the pool for the duration of my stay, but apparently not.
