"Had a very enjoyable 3 night stay at this hotel. It is a grand old hotel that obviously tries to keep itself to a high standard, but needs further improvements to the property and a bit higher standard of service for the staff. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Guangzhou East station (much smaller than the south). The taxi to the the fair was just 50rmb and took 10 minutes. For the money i paid it was a bargain "
