"The room was great and very comfortable and we loved the location. I was very put off by the lack of service and irritating policies and signs. We were driving to Wilmington and had made plans to visit with friends in Pawleys Island on the way up. The Verandas only has check in from 4 to 5 pm so I sent a message to say we would not arrive until 6:00. No response so I called them. They said I would receive an email from them giving me a link to provide my ID and credit card images. I thanked them...

"Stayed one night inbetween our other hotel stay. Staff was super friendly on all 3 shifts. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved having a free bite at breakfast before heading home- make your own waffle, cereal, muffins and beverages. Pool was open but way too cold to go into."
