"I booked this place for my BIL’s 40th. Three nights. It was 6 adults, 3 couples. We could not ask for a more centrally located place. Easy drives to all the great distilleries. But out of the way and peaceful. The views of the lake driving in were amazing. We saw deer and a turkey. You can’t quite see the lake but it’s so pretty from the back deck. When we arrived one of the bathroom showers wouldn’t stop running. I messaged the property manager and she and the owner got back to me right away....

"Was very satisfied with our stay, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was overall very clean with beautiful decor. The only issue we really had was the air unit in our room was very loud and we had to turn it completely off during the night, but other than that we were pretty satisfied with everything. We dined at the restaurant located inside the hotel and the food was delicious. I wish we were staying more than one night, but my family and I will definitely stay again and for more than one night.
