"We brought our two children's family together with us for a 3 night stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a perfect set up for 10 of us, with the 4 teens and tweens enjoying immensely the large tv/bedroom in the basement. They enjoyed the time and space by themselves. We all noted that the mattresses on the beds were very good and slept well. The living area, kitchen and dining areas were a great size with a large furnished patio off the kitchen. "This house was perfect for our family while in Indianapolis for a cousin's wedding, and Noah (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. The house was spotlessly clean, fully stocked, had a beautiful back yard (with plenty of rabbits), and even had numerous essential items available, in case people forgot to pack them (shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothbrush/toothpaste, lip balm, etc.). The pantry also had an assortment of snack items to tide over hungry kids until we could get to the grocery...

"This was for my dads funeral as I couldn’t house all my siblings and their families. Their is absolutely nothing they left out. I have stayed at alot of places through rental sites and they had a lot of extras and the check in and checkout process was easier ever! We even had flowers and a sympathy card there upon arrival. It was wonderful to have this place during a very sad time. Do yourself a favor and book this place! Comfortable beds, great open air kitchen area, fireplace, everything in...

"I'm giving a 4 star because rhis was our 2nd stay in this house. It was slightly less appealing than our first stay, which was fabulous! This time around communication with the property group wasn't as prompt. We were promised a discount since this was our 2nd stay but we have yet to see the discount applied to our account. The house was still clean but not as pristine as it was on our first stay. Overall, still a good little house if just need a comfy place to sleep for a few days!"
