"A real treat"
For the first night of two, I was the only guest. What a pleasure it was to enter a beautifully appointed and decorated house and be able to consider it mine alone. Sharing the house the next night was no problem, either. Breakfast cooked by John was a surprise and very tasty. How did he know I love sweet potatoes! He did ask me if I wanted anything special and gave me the English muffins I like so much.

"Very comfortable room"
Nice comfortable room with King size bed and couch. Clean facilities with good breakfast. I highly recommend this facility. We've stayed in 5 or 6 Comfort Inns in the last 3 months and found them very affordable and clean.

Spent two nights. Had two grandchildren with me who expected to swim in indoor pol. Not one at this facility. Instead, they played in the snow, made snow angels and generally had a good time. They enjoy staying in hotels. Breakfast was good. Exceptional cleanliness. Lady in bar prepared supper for us and served it to us in the meeting room. She was friendly and competent. Front desk person was absent when first arrived, so check in took extra time. Room and bed really comfortable. Overall excellent experience, though.

"Spectacular Lodging in the Center of the City"
I traveled over the eternal highways of Ohio and through the flat farmlands of Indiana to visit a friend in this shining city. The city was bright and thrumming, and the people downright exuberant. It's as if the visceral energies of the surrounding countryside flow underground to Indianapolis and then, like a geysher, gush up to the sky. The skyscrapers are tall and stately, the war monuments jaw-dropping. Downtown on Saturday night is very bright and energetic. The city circle surrounding the steeple-shaped Mexican War monument was heavy with motorcyclists, revving their bikes, and young couples roaming the nightclubs. I initially couldn't find the hotel, because of my stubborn resistance to buying a GPS. I called Omni Severin, and was quickly pleased with the easy and pleasant manner of the receptionist, who directed me to this posh hotel. The valet parking was smooth, and the inside of the hotel is comfortable, with lemon water, plush seating and very courteous staff. Nothing was out of order. We didn't encounter one hitch our entire time at the hotel. See below for more details.

"Clean, comfortable hotel near Fair Grounds"
The hotel was clean and seemed to be well maintained both in the room and lobby area. The staff was friendly and helpful during a late check-in after a longer than expected trip. The room was comfortable and met my needs well. Breakfast was typical hotel fair- waffles, pastries, yogurt, cereals, etc. The food and dining areas were clean. There were restaurants within walking distance. I was in town for a conference at the Fair Grounds. The hotel was an easy drive to the fairgrounds. One left turn onto 38th and we were there within 15 - 20 minutes through morning traffic.

"Somewhere basic and clean to sleep for little $"
Basic hotel. Decent rooms. Showerhead is awesome! They had snacks out when we arrived. Breakfast looked good but we skipped and went to a restaurant instead because a huge high school group filled the lobby for breakfast and was devouring the breakfast bar. Spotted those bangin' Belgian Waffles. The mattress was a little lumpy and really worn - kinda like sleeping in a hammock. So if you like hammocks you'll LOVE the mattress. Otherwise the floor was good and flat - you could sleep there. No complaints! Was a great deal - among the cheapest room I've ever had and it was much nicer than the average room I've stayed in. I have very low standards so I don't really mind a crappy room. My wife has very high standards. She approved.
