"The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The room was clean, tidy and odorless as well as organized. The conditioner bottle was just lying in the tub upon our arrival. The adhesive obviously gave way. This was reported to the front desk representative upon checking out. He stayed he would report it to house keeping. This is a great hotel, which is why we continue to come back whenever we are in Memphis! "

"I loved the room the most. the decor is not basic nor is it overwhelming. the bathtub was amazing. bed was clean and comfortable. pillows were too flat for me but to each his own."

"My husband and I love this hotel! We stay here often when we come to Memphis. It has easy parking, is right next to Beale st, next door to the Fed Ex Forum, and within walking distance of all downtown attractions. It’s quiet despite the closeness to Fed Ex Forum and Beale. It’s always spotless, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff always friendly, and the bar/restaurant is awesome. This visit we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. When we were checking in, they overheard us talking and surprised us with an upgrade. We were given a corner suite on the 7th floor that overlooked Beale. It was a gorgeous suite, and we got to see the Memorial Day fireworks from our windows. Thank you, Westin Memphis! We will be back!"

"Beautifil Building, away from the action of Beale. High end restaurant was closed on Sunday...disappointing. Miscommunication about room with tub but was rectified. All in all, cool place."
