“Springhill”
The staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was comfortable (king suite) and roomy. Breakfast buffet was very good with variety of selections.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff..Requested early check-in to attend a PM Funeral. Everything ready!

“I know how to pick 'em!”
I depended on ad information and clientele recommendations and I was not disappointed. Our room was everything I expected - and more. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my friends said I should have been a travel agent because I knew how to pick the best places.
“Perfect!!!”
We loved this hotel, is was in a perfect location but most of all the staff were fantastic. There was nothing they couldn't or wouldn't do for us. The staff were so personable and friendly and we even knew them by first names :-) even when we were leaving we got waved off and the bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever stayed in. definitely recommended. x
“Close to everything”
A little hard to find, but once you do, it's right on the trolley line -- I took other reviewers advice and requested a room on the "non-trolley" side and it was very quiet. There's an outdoor pool -- well, I presume there is as I could see it from my room. And a hot tub.

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast included.
“Really nice suite, great service!”
I stayed here while attending a conference. I thought it was a really nice, large, quiet room and it was a great deal. Compared with the conference hotel, I probably saved $75 a day in parking and room charges and it was only a 3 block walk. It has a refrigerator and microwave, too.

Have stayed numerous times in Memphis, this was the best. Marriott has the MOST COMFORTABLE beds! Room was very clean. Not the largest, but has sleeper sofa (lumpy - bring padding) and small kitchen/office area. Microwave & frig, in-room safe. Our room overlooked a park, so nice view. One of the larger selections of breakfast items I've seen. Hotel is in downtown Memphis, just steps away from the trolley. We went to Memphis for "Wicked" on a weeknight, so no trolley after the play, took horse & carriage back to hotel. Need exact change for trolley, bring extra $ for ride home ($25-$50) if you don't drive. (Don't forget you have to pay for hotel parking) Watch out for panhandlers in Beale area that late. Had some difficulty finding the hotel, it is off Court Street, not Main. This trip we ate at Swanky's Taco shop - thumbs up, will return!! Also, Spaghetti Warehouse - good value for price. Overall, excellent hotel, fun time had by all! Will stay here next time we visit Memphis.
