"Great place for a family of four with young kids. The river and mountains were just outside our door. Very spacious and comfortable room. The staff was incredibly accommodating, too. We flew into Reykjavik late afternoon and drove up that evening. We got there just as their restaurant was closing, and they stayed open late for us. "

"Erla's cozy red cottage was in the perfect place for us to get to after arriving early in Reykjavik. We were easily able to get to the things we wanted to see and do...Borgarnes and the Snefellsnes Penn. The house was spotless, the living area was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We so enjoyed the hot tub after a long day witnessing the magic of Iceland. We would have stayed longer if there had been more days available."

We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, spacious design, and comfortable furniture! We didn't use the hot tub as we expected to but hit up the (sort of) nearby Krauma hot springs.
