The entire staff was wonderfully accommodating and professional! The front desk staff was great! Our room was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable! The breakfast is so delicious with many choices and the servers were really gracious and accommodating! The Grand Hotel Santa Lucia Napoli is an all time favorite! "

"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"Seventh floor room with no elevator. You have to carry your baggage up 130 steps similar to a medieval castle. The room is fine but the trip up is challenging. Fortunately my wife wasn’t with me or I would have had to forfeit the rent and found a real hotel. If you like climbing this is the place for you."

"Spent 9 nights at Grand Hotel de La Ville. Highly recommend this location when visiting Sorrento. From the pleasant, helpful, attentive staff, to the lovely rooftop pool and bar area where the view is amazing! I can’t say enough about the food in the main dining hall as well as the entertainment, while I was there. The location is close to everything in Sorrento! Truly loved my stay!"
