“Perfect location, great customer service!”
Great Service, clean and located perfectly for attending Concert.
“Victoria's Best Value”
We were surprised at the hotel, not expecting this based on the price. Room was recently remodeled and contained a small kitchen and fridge. New tile entry floor, and bathroom. Very comfortable king bed. Lobby was impressive all marble tile etc. Staff was very helpful and cheerful. The only negative is the elevator is too small, but we never had to wait. If you want a great value, close to the Gov't Bldg and pier(Visitor's Center), shopping, tourist attractions, at a resonable cost, this is it.
“OK for location and price, but not great.”
No help with luggage, elevators very small and slow, room fine. Not a place to spend a lot of time at, so if you are going to be out and about a lot, its fine. Unless breakfast included, don't have it there. Not worth spending any money on.
“Close to The Action”
Pro: Couldn't be closer to the Save On Foods Memorial Center. Took my young girls to a Selena Gomez concert. Next door to Whitespot and walking distance to shops etc. Cons: Needs a complete reno. Getting old and shabby. Clean as it could be despite this though. Rooms are really cramped for more than two people and using the shower and bathroom was difficult with a family of four with three females in the mornings. Parking across the street was ok. Would recommend for a budget hotel when going to a concert or sporting event, but will look elsewhere for next time in town for more space.

It would be better if the breakfast could be available earlier.
“Great Location!”
We were in town for a concert at the Save on Foods Memorial and we couldn't have picked a better location to stay. A quick 5 minute walk up the road and we were there. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel is a little outdated, but not in a horrible gross way (brown tub). It said there was continental breakfast, but only from 7:30-9:30. We weren't up early enough to try it. There is a restaurant in the hotel as well as a White Spot on the corner. I found it a little inconvenient that the parking was across the road, but not a big deal since the weather held out for us. Also, had problems finding it because it no longer is a Traveller's Inn, but it does say City Center on it. Overall, nice place to stay near downtown and will probably stay here again.

It was good hotel,nice location. We enjoyed our stay there, everything was OK.
“Happy Guests”
We were very happy with our room, quality bedding and very comfortable. The Staff was exceptional. We were disappointed to find they weren't serving breakfast at the time of our visit. Over all a great experience!
“Excellent”
This hotel is older but is very good for my husband and myself's needs. They don't have breakfast but this was alright as there is a restaurant next door. They do have lunches and dinners so it was good for us. It is near downtown and if people can walk it is not far to walk downtown.
“Très bonne situation pour Victoria”
Très bien situé près du centre de Victoria, 5 minutes à pieds, avec parking.
