“excellent vacation”

I was very impressed with the hotel. Excellent location, friendly courteous staff, good food, reasonable price. The only slightest inconvenience is the parking place, but that was minor. I spent a very nice memorable four nights there. Highly recommend :)

“An oasis in the middle of a busy city. Quiet, wonderful ambiance. Nice staff!!”

Quiet and peaceful in the middle of a large city. You are on the water's edge with wonderful shops to browse in. Easy access to downtown via water taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our suite was perfect, clean, wonderful produts in the bath. Quaint - a real gem!Price was excellent value. Restaurant was great with view of the harbour!

“All's well that ends well”

At first we were put into a very tiny room with no view and no soundproofing. Also, we could not use the restaurant at the hotel because it was closed for a staff party. However, when we contacted the front desk, even though it was staffed by temps because it was staff party night, we were treated very courteously. Within ten minutes they found us another room that was more than satisfactory. Our new room was twice as large and had a balcony overlooking the water. The view was fabulous and the room was very comfortable. The adjoining rooms were empty as that wing was undergoing some renovations, but the construction was no inconvenience to us. As for the restaurant, there were plenty of other good restaurants within walking distance. On our second evening we stopped in the hotel restaurant for dessert, and it was fabulous. The food was presented most appealingly, and the view and ambience were wonderful. This was a special weekend as we were celebrating our anniversary, and we were not disappointed!

“Fantastic!”

Fantastic location! Not in the heart of the city but right along side in a very interesting community of shops, galleries and restaurants. All rooms have very nice views and are comfortable and clean. This is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at! No sirens, no sounds of flushing toilets, no TV or people snoring or partying next door. My only complaint is that parking can be a bit of a problem.

“Great Hotel and Location”

I used to live in Vancouver but rarely went to Granville Island - too crowded. It was a lot different spending 2 days at the hotel and walking the whole island. Very enjoyable - the hotel staff was outstanding in terms of oferring directions and tips. Would definitely stay there again - check out room 307 - three balconies overlooking False Creek

This was an excellent experience. All employees were very friendly, helpful and eager to please. The surrounding area is very peaceful and it is quite a uinique setting.

A small hotel with great location and excellent service. Just steps from the Granville Public Market and a short Aqua bus ride from downtown Vancouver.

“Fantastic Hotel!”

The hotel is in the heart of Granville Island. The rooms are lovely and the views from some of the rooms are fantastic. Room 228 is a beautiful room overlooking the patio and harbour. The staff are always very helpful. It's one of our favourite places to stay. Looking forward to our next visit (4th).

“Home away from home.”

Accommodation was just what we wanted, a layover between arriving by air and leaving by boat.
