"The woman who checked us in helped us get acclimated to the area and was so kind to help us out in arranging towing service for our car.She went out of her way several times to help us find towing service and restaurants and other activities in the area. She made our stay here so comfortable despite our car situation! Thank you for your high standards Best Western! You came to our rescue! Thank you for your kindness. We so enjoyed our stay!"

"Included this trip.in my 3 week getaway to. Isit friends in New Mexico. So glad I chose this spot! The porch was the highlight of the trip and where we spent msot of our time when at the casita. Very private and comfortable. Hope to return to enjoy again!"

"House was new and overall a good choice. Decor was a mixed bag. Felt like it could have been cleaner, linens seemed old, no hand soap at any sink (although we did find dish soap in the downstairs shower). We did buy some hand soap that we left there. There’s an old motorhome in the backyard, when we realized no one was in it, we felt better. The hot springs tub was out of order which was disappointing. The driveway was gravel/rocks that our rental car struggled to back down with the slope, until...

Great place good vibes!
"The place has a living room, kitchen (stove works but hasn’t been used) dinner area, bedroom (great heater and air con) and a full bathroom with a tub. I like this place a lot because it’s very comfortable and a mile walking distance from the Pelican Bay Spa. I was able to soak all the time that I stayed and even the whole day and night that I checked out. The service was very friendly and the Spa was great and it was easy to make a reservation. If you pick the Amex C bring some food from Walmart if you arrive after 4:00pm or want a late snack. We think this is the best place if you want to stay at the Pelican! I recommend 3 days to get the best experience."
