"I stayed here with my daughters ages 19 and 22 as my younger daughter attends the University of Tampa. The cottage is decorated in a beach theme-it's super cute and has everything you need such as 2 free shared washer/dryers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. The location is perfect-the beach is less than a block away and the bay to see the sunrise is 2 blocks away. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is 1/2 mile away which has lots of clothing and souvenir shops as well as...

"Easy walking distance to the beach and close to shopping. The cottage is ... quaint. It reminds us of the old beach cottages, built maybe in the 50's?, and repaired over the years to stay comfortable. Although I wouldn't call it pampered luxury by any measure. And there are some minor quirks, like the low, soft-seated couch that's a little tough to get out of, the slippery tub (but with a unique, clamp-on grab handle) and bathroom sink handles that turn on the opposite way from what you're used...

"We found this little gem for our spring break getaway. Between the shopping area, restaurants, and close beach access, the location is fabulous. It's just a 25 minute drive from the St Pete airport. You can stay here for the week and enjoy a short walk to the beach or you can drive to many nearby activities. It's clean, cute, and the property contact during the stay is quick and responsive for any needs. Highly recommend!"

"The property had a decent kitchen and location was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Towels, beach chairs, etc were not provided which was surprising. The property has a very distinct odor of cigarette smoke that was unpleasant. "

"Pools, beach, location near John's Pass were all very good. Beds were very comfortable too. Issues were broken toaster, not enough towels or toilet paper. We were able to go to the office and to restock the towels and toilet paper. The floors could have been much cleaners. On a whole the trip was good. "

"A nice day at a beach hotel that was reasonably priced. Needs updating but I only needed hotel for the bed which was fine. Had a full size refrigerator and a stove."

"Great place to stay. Our 1st room had a funky smell so we asked for another room. Front staff was very accomodating. Was able to get fresh coffee from the registration area as the coffee maker wasn't really a coffee pot. Loved having a full size kitchen, 2 bathrooms and deck. Would stay again. "
