“Would Go Back”
New, spacious, clean and modern rooms. We had a lovely time. Some issues with limited parking but this seems to be a popular area.
“Excellent stay in an excellent location”
New hotel with ample room and comfort. Beautiful full kitchen and spacious living areas. The two full baths and three vanity sinks were a plus. Enjoyed the balcony and pool. Close to wonderful beaches, great resturants and local attractions. I would definately stay there again!
“Expectations surpassed”
The reviews are accurate. This is a quality place and meets all expectations. The staff are very helpful and the facilities are great. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.
“Best area hotel not right on the beach”
My wife and I had a great time and enjoyed the amenities at the Crystal Palms. The suite was clean, had everything we needed for a 5-day stay, and wouldn't have ruined our stay if the weather was bad and had to stay in more than we liked. The hotel is accross the street from the beach, and requires a few blocks of walking to get to an access point to enter the public beach area, but the walk is pleasant and we enjoyed it. The beach has a very large sand area with plenty of space to camp for an afternoon or watch the sunset. The locals seemed friendly, although it is a bit of a tourist town surrounding the area. Plenty of shops and restaurants to visit during a stay. We went in mid-October and had perfect weather the entire time (mid 80's during the day, low 70's at night), and the area was not over crowded. Would go back in the future if finances and children allow.
“Treasure Island”
The suite that we stayed in was impressive. Had to cross the street to get to the beach. However there was a crosswalk available. Would certainly stay at this hotel again.
“very stisfied”
I really liked this hotel. it is brand new and the service was wonderfull. the only downside is that is oceanview and not beachfront, other than that, excelent hotel.
“Very Nice”
The hotel was very nice and very brand new! I felt like I was staying in a remodeled apartment! The only down fall was that my room was not ready at check in time and they "ran-out" of towels. Other than that the staff and hotel were extremely nice.
“NICE HOTEL”
Loved the hotel very clean and the kids loved the tv's. Not much to do for younger children more for a older couples. My is 11 and he likes Panama Beach better more kids and things for his age. My mother was very relaxed and loved the balacony over the pool. Only thing the rollway bed was to be complimary and I had to pay $10 per day. Suite is large however only one bed in each room my son's will not sleep together 11 and 18 its a boy thing.
“Excellent Value”
We were extremely pleased with the Crystal Palms. It was exactly as described on the website and the pictures were very accurate. The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. The rooms overlooked the road but you could still see the beach from the balcony.
“Unbelievable for the price”
We rented 2 rooms from this hotel and were extremely impressed by the quality of the hotel for the price. Luxury for the cost of a standard room. Beautiful spacious rooms. We stayed one night in July and are going back for a week in august. Can't wait.
