Please see our past reviews documenting our commitment to cleanliness\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Our one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, Florida. 300 steps, less than a 2 minute walk from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass in Madeira Beach. We are also less than 1 mile from a major pharmacy and a major grocery store. We have a crosswalk conveniently located in front of the cottage. You can stop traffic with the push of a button to safely walk across the street toward the boardwalk pathway that leads you to the beautiful sand and water of Treasure Island Beach. One block, 1 minute walk, from the condo is a community boat ramp for boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet ski and other water activities. To get to John’s Pass, walk on the sidewalk and walk path that takes you over the drawbridge. The drawbridge has scenic lookout areas to enjoy the view, the breeze and the beauty of Treasure Island and John’s Pass. John’s Pass is known for shopping, restaurants, microbreweries, dessert shops, water sport rental shops, dinner cruises, pirate cruises, parasailing, fishing and much more. We just finished a full remodel of the cottage. It has new bedding, linen, furniture and appliances. The bedroom has a comfortable KING sized bed and a large screen smart television. The living room has a new sofa, chair and large screen smart television. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and all the items you need to cook. There is a small dining table and chairs. Our Wifi is secure, fast and free. We have Spectrum cable service with tons of channels as well as an ability to log onto all of your app based subscriptions. The bathroom shower is low profile for ease of use and safety. Our one story building means there are no stairs or elevators to navigate. Parking in beach towns can be tough, but not if you stay at our place. While staying at our cottage, you get the use of one private off street parking spot located at the cottage. Our place is built with comfort, safety and relaxation in mind. Don’t worry about a key, our place is equipped with a touch screen lock for added security and convenience. We will even let you pick your own code. Two minute walk to the beach five minute walk to John’s passage where you had so many restaurants to choose from and bars and stores to shop in and get souvenirs. The house was so well-kept and so clean and the bed was so comfortable that at one point I just wanted to sleep in lol Brandy was amazing and answered all of our questions before getting to the house, this trip was so pleasant and would definitely recommend to family! I can’t say enough nice things about this property and the sweet owner, Brandi. She was super with communication before and during our stay. Anything we needed, she was just a text or phone call away. The cottage is absolutely adorable! You can tell right away that the owner takes great pride in their property. The place is immaculate, the beach decor is so sweet, and the owner has all sorts of little touches that make you feel welcome immediately. The furnishings are inviting and homey. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels are very nice quality. We were most blown away with the extra touches though. The owner had provided beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, really nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash - even aloe and after sun lotion! There is a great little welcome book and there are little notes and labels for just about anything you’d have a question about. Any kitchen item you need, it’s there! Outside there’s a sweet little shared courtyard with a very convenient outdoor shower. Comfy chairs on your patio to enjoy coffee or have a cocktail and admire your seashells. There’s a nice grill in the courtyard and all the grill tools you’ll need as well as a patio table set to enjoy your meal. It’s your own private little oasis, you don’t even realize your right off the busy main avenue! Tip - we got some great gourmet burgers to grill at Publix about a mile down the road. The location is excellent! Just a walk across the street to get to a beautiful, uncrowded section of beautiful Treasure Island Beach. Just a short walk to get to John’s Pass and all the shops and restaurants located there. We couldn’t have been any more relaxed or comfortable! The property was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The close proximity to the beach was our main desire and it was a super short walk to get there. The place is super clean and nice. The beach is right across the street and a beautiful location. John’s pass with a boardwalk, shopping, restaurants etc is within walking distance. Exactly as listed, the perfect place for a couple to spend a getaway. Within walking distance there are tons of bars, restaurants, and things to do. Plus the gorgeous beach that is a short walk away! Literally no bad things to report about this property! The cozy feel of the shared outdoor space was a wonderful retreat at night. We love it. The Island Time condo was super clean and had every think you can think of. The bed was super comfortable.
