Property Amenities
Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites features a large freeform pool with spa tub and sundeck fronting the beach, as well as a gated children's pool with fountains and a spa tub. The Sunset Beach Bar, serving tropical drinks, offers boardwalk seating and westward views of the Gulf.
The Sunset Café, serving breakfast and lunch, has balcony seating in a tropical setting. Bubbling water features and meandering paths give the courtyard a calm and peaceful ambiance. A small convenience store in the café sells items guests frequently forget to pack.
The fitness center has two flat-screen TVs, cardio machines, and strength-training equipment, while a business center provides a computer and printer. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in the business center, lobby, café, and in-room. The fitness center and business center are open during limited hours.
Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites provides complimentary parking for one car per suite.

Rooms
Decorated in Tommy Bahama-style rich wood furnishings, all suites have two bedrooms with signature bedding and pillowtop mattresses, and two bathrooms. The suites also offer ocean views, private balconies, full kitchens, dining areas, and living rooms. Kitchens have full-sized fridge/freezers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, blenders, cookware, and dinnerware. Both kitchens and bathrooms have granite countertops.
Accommodations at Sunset Vista Beachfront Suites include washers and dryers, 42-inch flat-panel TVs with Showtime, DVD players, and direct-dial phones with complimentary local calls. Complimentary wireless Internet access is also available in every suite.
Housekeeping empties trash and changes towels every other day, but changes linens and provides more extensive cleaning on a weekly basis.
All suites are nonsmoking.

The Sunset Café - Indoor and outdoor balcony seating. Overlooks courtyard. Serves breakfast and lunch.
Sunset Beach Bar - Outdoor boardwalk seating. Views of beach, Gulf, sunsets. Serves tropical drinks, light fare from café. Open from early afternoon till late. Live entertainment is organized on select weekends from 12 PM until sunset.
The hotel café serves breakfast and lunch only, but there are numerous dining options in the surrounding Treasure Island area.

Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites has a large outdoor pool with sundeck and spa tub, as well as a children's pool with fountains and a spa tub. A fitness room with two flat-screen TVs, cardio machines, and strength training equipment is also on site.
Within a half mile, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offers numerous outfitters for parasailing, personal watercraft, fishing charters, cruises, and power boats. The village also has numerous seafood eateries and beach shops.
The Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis Center, owned and operated by the city of Treasure Island, is less than two miles away. It offers a 9-hole par-3 golf course, eight clay tennis courts, and two hard courts.
The 18-hole Tides Golf Club, overlooking Boca Ciega Bay, is five miles away.

“Robert”
Hotel was very clean and comfortable, would recommend staying in one of the Gulf front condos, the gulf veiw would not be the same. Over all every thing went smooth.
“the best place to stay at treasure island!!”
i took my daughter and her friends there to celebrate her 13th birthday and they had the best time. having been in hotel management myself - i must say the service there was outstanding and the rooms were beautiful. i could not believe how perfect it was for the price! i would recommend Sunset Vistas to all and am looking forward to going back on our next family getaway!
“Condo experience”
Very nice clean room with excellent amenities. Well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates,glasses etc.). Washer and dryer, nice sitting area with television. However, not really a full service hotel per se. If you are looking for room service, a valet etc., go to a traditional hotel. For a comfortable functional room with great beach access and a nice view, this is the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Room was exactly as shown on website. Beautiful beach! We had a great time and will stay here next time we visit Treasure Island.
“Nice hotel”
Great new hotel. The rooms were clean,the pool was nice,the staff friendly. I had a problem with my air conditioning but was moved to another room and that room was fine.

This hotel is right on the beach with great views from the rooms. There is nothing like a Florida beach sunset! The nicely decorated tropical 2 bedroom suite was spacious with an ample kitchen.
“Beautiful Beach Hotel”
This is a VERY nice hotel, right on the beach. It was beautiful. The only thing is, because it's so new, there's not a lot of amenities or resort activities. If you're looking for just quiet beach time, this is the place for you!

I ahve been to treasure island before and this was a great choice! Kid pool was great! The room was big and clean! great location on the strip!
“Beautiful Beach Spot”
This hotel was positioned perfectly on the beach. We watched beautiful sunsets every evening and enjoyed the surf, sand, and sunshine every day. The beach was just a short walk from our room. We were very comfortable traveling with two kids staying in the two bedroom suite. We would have loved to stay longer.

My family and I stayed at the Sunset Vistas Aug.4 to Aug 9, 2009. We had 3 adults and 3 children ages 2, 13, 14. We booked a gulf view room which was perfect. We did not have any problems getting towels or toilet paper. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer was a lifesaver, we used that everyday. I read some reviews about people complaining that the floor was dirty, yes it might need a good scrubbing, but I don't walk around in my barefeet in any hotel so that did not bother me. I will definately return.
