“A Pleasant Surprise”
This was one of the most pleasant surprises of our trip. A last minute reservation and it was a great room at a great price! Clean and comfortable, everything was very nice. The location, while a little far from the falls, was easy to find and convenient to get to and from the falls.
“Pleasant Stay”
Would recommend this hotel to families. The staff was outstanding and very friendly and helpful with directions and events going on in the area. The hotel is well run, clean and in a great location with easy access to the falls, casino and downtown. Free parking. Beautiful indoor and outdoor pool with lounge area and hot tub. Good continental breakfast. Free WiFi. Falls Shuttle from door step at nominal all day fare. Great in every way! Would stay again.
“If and when I go back to NIagara Falls, I would definitely book at this hotel.”
The personnel at the front desk were very obliging and helpful. They were thoughtful and cnsiderate, and we were treated very well all three days we were there. We had a suite, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a room just for the children, with their own television. Room prices were/are very reasonable, and I would not hesitate to go back there again.

The room was fine, the hotel was clean and neat, the clerk friendly and helpful. The price was right. I would recommend this place to anyone. We were very satisfied.

simply amazing, we have got the nice package deal for our room. its the real value for money. lots of ammenities in affordable prices. the pool and tub were awesome. manager was quite friendly . just need to work upon breakfast area
“Excellent”
At check in our room ws not ready - The person t the desk informed us of the exact time it would be ready - Made several suggestions on where we could go while we wait - The pool ws good - The breakfast okay - The location was excellent - Management staff was extremely friendly - I wish him and the hotel extreme luck as they are awesome people
“Kids Holiday”
The rooms were not clean. The bedding not only had not been changed from the previous lodger but were also dirty. Used lots of Lysol & Fabrese in room. The Continental Breakfast was so bad the kids went to IHOP so that they could have something to eat. I would NEVER stay in this hotel again,
“Great stay for us”
We enjoyed our five day stay, and appreciated all the efforts they are putting into improvements for the hotel. We would stay again in the future

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, really strong, they said it was a non-smoking room.
“noise”
Sometimes I was able to hear the noise of another room in my own room!!!
