“Excellent place to stay with a few teens in the same room”

The hotel room was very clean and cozy. My husband and I had three teens traveling with us and we all had enough space that we weren't tripping over each other. There were two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms! What a treat. The only complaint was that the pillows were a bit too hard. The kitchenette was awesome, all the comforts of home and then some. We even made cookies.And to top it off, the beds were made up every day and the towels were always clean. The included breakfast was awesome too. Lots of food to start the morning and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Three TVs and free internet? What a treat. Good thing we brought our lap top. The location was perfect, close to the airport and major highways making it easier to get around.

“Nice business class hotel - highly recommended”

We stayed in multiple hotels during the stay in Canada. This was by far the best in terms of a balance of comfort, amenities, and cost. The free breakfast is good, albeit limited selection (but that is not a negative, just an observation). The hotel staff is very friendly and amenable. The hotel pool is clean and indoors - great for inclement weather and given the high costs of alternatives in Toronto - the price/benefit ratio can't be beat. Airport noise is neglible as this hotel is not in the direct flight path - my casual observation is that the more expensive hotels in the same strip seem to be in the flight path and could be louder than this.

“Excellent, will definitely go back!”

Hotel was great. From the rooms to the staff, everything was wonderful. Stayed in a two bedroom suite, which included two private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Wonderful!. Worth the money. Breakfast was over the top buffet with something for everyone, including making your own waffles. Service attendants were nice and pleasant, always smiling and courteous. I will definitely go back.

Great value - really nice rooms. Don't expect much help from the front desk though - they were friendly and very nice, but couldn't tell us how to get anywhere or find anything.

“Wonderful home away from home”

Our experience in this hotel was amazing - it was literally a 2 bedroom apartment, which could be good for a family, but we just had two people. This gave us the privacy of our own bedrooms and bathrooms, but having the choice of company in the living room/dining room/kitchen. This was a full kitchen which included everything but oven mitts. There were two internet connections - one in one of the bedrooms, the other at the kitchen table - and it was a wired connection with ethernet cables supplied. Wifi was available in the lobby as were two computer stations for those who did not bring their own computers. No passwords required to use the internet. Even the housekeeping staff were friendly and since we were in the room when our maid came to clean, we got to know her. I didn't get to use the pool or the exercise room, but they were handy as well. We came for a conference that was up the road - walking distance so the location was perfect for that. There was noise from airplanes since we were close to the airport, but considering that it was fairly quiet. All in all, it was fantastic value and I would come again. There was even free parking, which is rare in the Toronto airport area (although you need to put a parking pass in your windshield that the hotel staff will give you when you check into the hotel).

A very affordable and comfortable place to stay. Staff are very up beat and willing to take care of you.From the large suite to high speed internet, swimming pool and gym, to the buffet breakfast and free parking. It is so affordable. Just remember you are in a fly zone and therefore will hear the airplanes coming in and out. If you want to watch them, plan a room on the opposite side of the parking lot. P.S My family has stayed in many hotels and always rate them within ourselves. All were happy!

“Very nice spot to work out of”

This place was a great place to work out of, great breakfast in the morning, internet access was fast as well. Nice set up with the separate work/living room and bedroom makes it great to separate the two. Very quick to get to after coming from the airport. Only misgiving was the exercise room was a little shy on resistance gear.

“A real Canadian hospitality”

This hotel really deserves overall 5 rating for the price we paid. The staffs were hospitable and very helpful. Suites were spacious with doors separating the bed room from the living area. We did not leave our suite till 2 or 3 in the afternoon, yet our rooms were cleaned everyday. The dishes left in the suite were washed and put away. Upon return the room looked as if we just checked in.
