“okay but could be better”

Overall te hotel was ok. We just stayed one night so it served it's purpose. It wasn't as close to the downtown as we thought. The breakfast was ok but not as god as Holiday Inn's.

“Good Location, Nice Hotel”

This hotel is not some super fancy hotel but it is nice, clean, comfortable, and in a decent location. The room was smaller than I expected but I ended up being ok with that. It was a king bed room, it had a couch, desk, tv, and small fridge. The bed was very comfortable. There is a Wendy's, Tim Horton's, and a gas station right next door. There is a shopping center of restaurants and a movie theater right up the street about 3 minutes away. They exchange money at the hotel, but I found out many places took U.S. dollars at an even rate so I didn't exchange. The hotel is near the main highway (QEW), 30min from Toronto, and about 1 hr from Niagara Falls. Their pool is very small but decent. Our room didn't have much space to store clothes for people who unpack their clothes. I don't unpack so I was ok with that. They have free wifi which was great. Overall, I was satisfied.

“Great place to stay!”

Convenient access and location. Tim Horton's/Wendy's next door for a quick snack too. Fuel nearby... Sheridan Mall not far (5km) if you want to stretch your legs. Lots of restaurants nearby (north on winston churchill).

“Recovery in Oakville”

What a day-a criminal activity caused a traffic accident;we had to sit for 90 minutes,as the Police cleared the highway.Most of us arrived way later than expected,and that mattered for those who had morning meetings to attend.The quick check-in and comfortable room allowed us to rest enough to be ready for the next day.No complaints.

“Clean, Comfortable Hotel”

The hotel has excellent housekeeping, clean & well maintained rooms & lobby. Check in desk is not always manned but staff is generally accommodating. Location is very convenient to highway but is somewhat isolated. The included breakfast buffet is a nice feature but the dining area and especially the serving area is extremely small and congested. This issue detracts from what would otherwise be a top rating for this hotel.

“Nice hotel, great staff”

Everyone from the housekeeping to the office staff was great. Our room was very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choices (which you come to appreciate a lot when traveling with a picky 7 year old). A nice and relaxing place to stay at if you're in the area.
