"Villa was very cramped with super tiny bathrooms, staircase was in need of repair-extremely creaky and loud, kitchen light didn’t work. Main pool had so many people in it that water was cloudy & felt like hot tub-super gross. While lagoon was beautiful, the free kayaks/paddle board sign up system left a lot to be desired on a busy holiday weekend-many kids never got a chance. "This house was perfect for our two families of five. It was clean and welcoming. The views were amazing from the decks and dock. Our families enjoyed the beautiful and tranquil pool area. It was perfect for when the passing Florida showers came. We just jumped out of the pool to the covered sitting area. Our fishermen enjoyed the dock and kayaks. We also loved our bike rides to Sombrero Beach and the Dockside restaurant. We were sad to leave this wonderful property."
