Lots of stairs but manageable. Great amenities, the host pretty much thought of everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool was fabulous from the lounging area to the main swimming area into the hot tub the size of a standard pool. Lights at night and the sitting area surrounding made the experience wonderful. The boat slip was perfect for the jetskis, and located right at the mouth of the canal for easy access. All of the amenities with the pool/ games kept everyone cool and entertained all day. The location was ideal, with the big grocery store just up the road, and the beach a few blocks away. Having multiple appliances isn't something you think about until you have a large group... but even that was nice to have. My family really enjoyed the place.
