“Wonderful stay”

My sons and I stayed there as a last hoo-rah at the end of summer. I was wonderfully surpised at the speedy and very friendly service. Check in took less than 3 minutes and our room was in a perfect location. The room was large, well furnished, comfortably decorated and clean. It is walking distance from Old Town and walking distance to a lot of eateries. The bed is by far the most comfortable bed I have stayed in at ANY hotel. The Front Desk called to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. We did not hear people in the hallway, doors opening or closing and any other noise from the other occupants. The breakfast in the morning (free) was unbelievable. Omelettes, waffles, potatoes, bacon, cereal, oat meal, fruit, muffins, etc. If I had to complain about something I would complain that we didn't stay longer.

“Great Hotel”

Service was great at the hotel. Only down fall was that the ice machine on the third florr did not work. We had to go to another floor for ice.

“Great breakfast”

Great location for the volleyball tournament we attended. The hotel was nice, clean and had a fabulous hot breakfast included in the stay. Exactly what we needed for our quick trip to Temecula.

“Great Place to Stay but Don't do the Fireplace!”

We came down to Temecula for my husband's Birthday. Because it was a Big Year B-day I wanted to stay in a nice room. We picked the one w/the fireplace. The room itself was wonderful. Large w/a kitchenette & microwave. Coffee, tea, popcorn, etc. was provided. Bathroom was very spacious. When we asked for additional pillows, they were promptly provided. The complimentary breakfast was wide ranging & very tasty. An attendant was always in the area assisting wherever needed. All in all it was a very pleasant stay! The only negative comment I would have is don't waste your extra $'s on the room with the fireplace! There were fake logs (I can understand that) that didn't do anything but glow & the flames were simulated on some sort of wall painting hung behind the fake logs. It does serve as a heater but I'd rather turn on a thermostat for that. Disappointing for the extra $'s!!

“Great location”

Visited California for a wedding. The hotel was centerally located for everything. Close to the wineries too! Just minutes away from Old Town Temecula. Hotel was well maintained. Room was nice size. We had the double queen size beds. AND the beds are so comfortable!!
