"This hotel is excellent, it deserves a 10 on 5. The staff is extremely helpful. Ask for Atik and Sam. They will ensure you are well taken care of with the right advice on the places to visit. During my first night, I had a minor accident and Sam provided all the necessary first aid. Next day, he even walked me to the tram station to help with an Istanbul pass.
