"I have used this hotel for many years. This past visit was dissapointing as the front desk is now in a small office and difficult to deal with when busy and peoples suitcases. No restaurant and the bar area is now closed. entrance blocked off. The staff failed to tell guests that one day the police would block off all access between hotel and Taksim."
